Our office is now closed for our Winter Wellbeing Break, and will reopen at 9:00 am on Friday, 2nd January 2026. Our phone lines and emails will not be monitored during the break.

During this time:

• You can still book places at our training centres via our website.
• Group and onsite bookings will need to be arranged over the phone when the office is open to check availability.
