Excellent delivery maintaining the safety of everyone

I was really nervous about the course but Laura was very friendly and approachable – no question was a wrong question. Everything was at ease and I am so glad I did the course. Thank you.

The day went very quickly and covered a huge amount. The trainer was able to keep us involved even with COVID restrictions making interaction more difficult. I felt the environment was very COVID safe.
