We have some great news to share!
We have been developing a new way to capture data for certification that will provide a more customised, speedy, and accurate experience for you and your delegates.
This new system has been tested internally and is now being rolled out to our Fundamental Wellbeing Course Leaders.
How does it work? Step-by-step view!
  1. Your delegates can now complete their online certification and feedback form at the end of the course…
  2. Delegates can scan the QR code using their smartphone either from the printed resources or your presentation, or you can share the short link with them.
  3. You provide the delegates with a trainer authorisation PIN and your digital signature to approve the certificate.
  4. Submit! The entry pops straight into our awards system and is checked/validated by our team (for example, in case someone has written their name in lowercase: Joe Bloggs rather than Joe Bloggs). When approved, the certificate is electronically issued with a confirmation to the trainer.

Where is the form, and how is it accessed?

The online form is accessed by a QR code or short web address that, when scanned on a smart device or clicked on any internet-connected device, accesses a page on our website that contains a certificate registration form and feedback form. This captures your delegate’s details for certification.
The QR code and short link will be on the last page of all presentations, available for you to access and share.

Feedback Collection
Once basic certification information has been collected, the delegates are forwarded to an electronic feedback form. This form automatically collects feedback and calculates scores recorded on our system for compliance.  
In our roadmap, in the future, these feedback submissions will be emailed to the trainer. 
What if there was no internet, or people didn’t have a smartphone?
Printed course manuals will include the combined certificate and feedback form. If, for any reason, you or your delegates are unable to access the internet, you can still capture data on the printed form at the end of your course.  We highly recommend that if manual forms are being completed, they are not taken away for completion or submission after the course by delegates. The quickest way to capture and submit this on behalf of your delegates after your course. This can be done by scanning the QR code to fill out the form on your smartphone or via the HUB.
The QR code and form now appear in some Fundamental Wellbeing courses. It will be included in all resources as and when printed resources are replenished. 

Do I need to keep the forms or send them back?
No (well, not for long). Once you submit the forms, they are sent securely electronically to us and stored in our data and archive systems. Please hold onto the forms safely and securely until you receive the confirmation email that the certificate has been processed without any queries. You can then take care of the form in a way that meets your data security policy.
I also teach First Aid Courses. Can I use the same system?
Yes, but you’ll have to wait a little longer while we prepare all the resources for you. We’ll let you know as soon as they are ready!
Getting Started / Authorisation PIN
Each trainer will be issued an Authorisation Pin, which acts as a digital signature that the delegates have fully attended and met the objectives and requirements of the course and links the submission to that trainer. In order to access your PIN, and start using the new updated system you’ll need to agree to the digital authorisation terms.
