An excellent and well explained course which i really enjoyed!

Just the right level of information, not too heavy but enough to be able to support our colleagues. Felt confident and safe to share and john made a sensitive topic much easier to talk about.

I actually enjoyed the course more than I thought I would, it's heavy going at times but that is the purpose, to equip you with the toolbox to help in these types of difficult situations.
