This 1 day course will give delegates all the skills they need to be a successful Emergency First Aider in the workplace, and provide basic life saving and first aid techniques to the standards laid down by the UK and European resuscitation protocols. It is a highly participative course with both tutorial, and practical sessions. It’s quick paced, fun and great for promoting team work.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

Training usually runs over 1 day and trainers can accommodate up to 12 delegates on each course. On successful completion of this course, delegates will be awarded a certificate in HSE Compliant Emergency First Aid at Work, which is valid for 3 years.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

This course is suitable for novice first aiders, or for experienced first aiders as a skill update.
