Hi, I just wanted to take a minute to compliment Dan who delivered the British Horse Society first aid course at a Bury st Edmunds riding school earlier this week. His delivery of the course was engaging and lively, and everyone on the course agreed. He took the time to learn names, listen to our input and we all felt very confident by the end that we had had a good “go” at all of the practical skills and felt confident in potentially using them (although here’s hoping we never have to).
