This course was so so helpful. A great mixture of videos, pictures, team work, explanations. John our instructor was so supportive and knowledgable and made me feel incredible safe to ask questions and be honest. If I could give 10 stars I would. A wonderful and enjoyable day and I am feeling very reassured and even excited about starting my new role with the support and information given. I honestly think every work place would benefit from having these sessions for all employees!
