That’s why we’re excited to officially (re)launch our Delegate Discount Card Scheme.

And honestly? We think this could become one of the easiest ways for trainers to reduce the cost of their delegate packs.


What is the Delegate Discount Card Scheme?

The idea is simple.

Your delegates receive a discount on essential workplace supplies and equipment – and every time they use your code, you earn credit back on your Hub account.

That credit can then be used towards your delegate packs, including both Physical First Aid and Mental Wellbeing materials.

In short:

  • Your delegates save money
  • Their workplace gets better equipped
  • You earn rewards back for the recommendations you’re already making

A genuine win-win-win.


How it Works

Over the next few weeks, trainers will start seeing our brand-new physical discount cards included in delegate pack orders.

Each card includes space for you to write your unique trainer discount code before handing it out to delegates.

Your code is made up of:

15DD + Your Trainer PIN

So, if your Trainer PIN is 0589, your code becomes:

15DD0589

When your delegates use that code at checkout, two things happen:

1 – Your Delegate Gets 15% Off

Perfect for:

  • First aid kits
  • Workplace supplies
  • Replacement consumables
  • Larger purchases like defibrillators

And with growing conversations around workplace preparedness, this couldn’t come at a better time.

In fact, new British Standard guidance now suggests workplaces with more than five employees should have access to a defibrillator – something many trainers are already discussing during courses.

That makes these conversations even more valuable for delegates and employers alike.

The More It’s Shared, The More You Earn!

This scheme isn’t limited to the person sitting in your course. Delegates can share the code with:

  • Workplace decision makers
  • Colleagues
  • Business owners

You can also share it digitally yourself – in follow-up emails, training materials, social posts, or conversations after the course.

Every qualifying order made using your code earns you:

2 – 15% Back in Hub Credit for You

So if a workplace places a £500 order to improve their first aid provision?

That’s £75 credit added straight to your account.

That can go a long way towards covering future delegate packs and training resources.


Supporting the Mental Wellbeing Community Too

We know many Hero Makers are also delivering Mental Wellbeing training, and we’re committed to supporting that side of the community just as strongly.

We already allow credit to be used across both Physical and Mental Wellbeing delegate packs – and we’ve got some exciting updates coming soon specifically designed to benefit Mental Wellbeing course delegates too.

For many trainers, running costs matter.

You Can Also Earn Credit Through Instructor Referrals

One of the things we love most about the Hero Maker community is how often trainers inspire others to step into the world of training themselves.

So we’re excited to share that the scheme also applies to Instructor Training Course referrals too.

If someone uses your Trainer PIN when booking onto an instructor course:

  • They receive 15% off their course booking
  • You receive 15% back in Hub Credit

That means if you recommend a career change to someone passionate about helping others, encourage a workplace first aider to become an instructor, or mentor someone into the industry, you’ll be rewarded for helping grow the community too.

It’s another way we’re recognising the value our trainers bring, not just through teaching courses, but through helping develop the next generation of Hero Makers.


Looking Ahead

We’re already working on the next stage of the scheme too.

One feature currently in development will allow discount codes to be automatically emailed to delegates on your behalf after their course – making it even easier to share and grow your rewards.
